1. When should I order my dress?

While some dresses ship within 7-10 days, some are special order and may take 6-8 weeks. It is also possible that you may need time for alterations. For these reasons, we request that customers order their dress well ahead of their wear date. If the dress will be not be available in 7-10 days, we will notify the costumer.

2. Do you offer dresses with extra length?

Please email or call us with style number, and we can find more information for you. Some designers can make extra length.

3.Why is my order still processing?

Orders take 24-72 business hours to respond back with a shipping date.

4.What if I want a dress in unlisted color?

The colors that we list on the product detail page are the only colors which the dress is produced in.

5.What if my dress is not available?

If your dress is not in stock and for some reason we cannot order it, we will notify you and give you other options to choose from. You can also cancel your order.

6. What size should I order?

We recommend having your measurements taken by a professional tailor or seamstress. Make sure to keep the measuring tape comfortably loose, like you'd want your dress to fit.

7. How will my item (s) be shipped?

All shipping information is outlined in our shipping page.

8. Is my information at your site safe?

All the information you send over our website is strictly confidential and will not be used or given to any 3rd party. Your information is protected by our SSL certified web site.

9. Why can I no longer find the dress that I saw before?

A dress will be removed from the website if the manufacturer is no longer making it. It will no longer show up in searches.

10. Are all the dresses on your site available?

Many of the styles on our website are available to reach you within 7-10 business days with our standard shipping, however everything is subject to stock availability and some sizes and colors may not be available for immediate shipment. Contact us to find out the estimated ship date for the dress you are interested in. Please include the style number, size, color of the dress and the date you plan to wear the dress.
